Foundation to continue Hezron Moxey's legacy

Ragged Island native Hezron Moxey, in life, had a strong maritime influence. The young islander began navigating little dingy boats in the waters around Ragged Island at the age of eight. He would evolve into one of the great mariners in Bahamian history.
